Product Introduction

100D/36F Semi-Dull Round Polyester FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn) is a high-quality, fully oriented polyester filament yarn produced through a spin-draw process. The yarn is fully stretched during manufacturing, offering excellent dimensional stability, uniform tension, and consistent dyeing performance.

Key Parameters

  • Denier (D): 100D – medium thickness, suitable for a wide range of fabrics

  • Filament count (F): 36F – balanced between hand feel and production efficiency

  • Luster: Semi-Dull – natural, soft gloss without being too shiny or too matte

  • Cross-section: Round – standard shape, easy to process and dye
