Nylon 6/66 Staple Fiber with specifications of 6 Denier x 64mm, featuring Semi-Dull luster, Hollow cross-section, and permanent crimp, is specifically engineered for blending applications with natural, man-made, or other synthetic fibers.

This fiber is produced from Nylon 6/66 copolymer, which combines the advantages of both Nylon 6 (softer hand, better dyeability) and Nylon 66 (higher melting point, superior strength and abrasion resistance). The hollow cross-section provides excellent bulkiness, lightweight feel, and thermal insulation, while the 6 denier thickness offers a balance between softness and structural integrity. The 64mm cut length is ideal for woolen and long-staple blending systems, and the permanent crimp ensures superior fiber entanglement and web cohesion during blending processes.

1.Blending with Wool

• Product: Wool/nylon blend yarns and fabrics

• Benefits: Nylon adds abrasion resistance, durability, and shape retention to wool

• Typical Ratio: 80% Wool / 20% Nylon 6/66

• End Uses: Socks, sweaters, suitings, upholstery fabrics

2. Blending with Cotton

• Product: Cotton/nylon blended nonwovens and textiles

• Benefits: Improves tear strength, wet strength, and wear resistance

• Typical Ratio: 70% Cotton / 30% Nylon or 50/50

• End Uses: Workwear, denim, industrial wipes, medical textiles

3. Blending with Polyester

• Product: Polyester/nylon blended nonwovens
